Lord bless the person that cleans that leaf filled pool.

Also, bless owners who will have all kinds of bugs and excrements falling on them while they are swimming in this pool. Or when they are in the house which has no nets to lift for open windows mode, meaning that the house will be full of bugs, too.

Lol..very true...would almost need a full time gardener and pool person..and what about the rattlesnakes wandering onto the outdoor areas from the surrounding wilderness ?....yikes!

@@StrangerHappened So I said the same thing. But apparently, and don't quote me on this, California has less native flying insects than other areas of the country because of it's dessert climate so nets necessarily aren't as needed there. No idea about crawlers though.

$11/hr minimum wage x 3 hours = $33/day x 317 days = $ 10,491 for pool leaf cleaning. I think the owner can afford it. OR the owner can just get an automatic robotic pool cleaner. The cheapest is less than $1000

Yeah these things look amazing but they are form over function to an excess. Cleaning must take forever (even if you have a cleaning team, they'd still be there 24/7), tons of bugs, chairs and sofas that can't possibly be comfortable, kitchens that are too big to be practical, and more. Looks nice though, 10/10 would buy if I wasn't poor.

a weird flex? dude, i walk in to a bar, see a pretty girl, and im like "hey, girl, you ever seen three ancient oak trees in the same place?", she is so turned on that she can barely speak and that's when i drop a couple ancient oak seeds on the table like it's no big deal. once she sees how frivolous i am with ancient oak seeds it's game over. the first thing most girls think about when they meet a guy is how strong his ancient oak game is, and if you have 130 ancient oak trees at your house then you are basically hugh hefner, brad pitt, and frank sinatra rolled into one. completely irresistible to 99.9% of girls.

I've lived in California my whole life, the mountains in Julian for 6 years & San Diego the past 45 years. I've never seen (or been bitten) by mosquitoes here. I mean, it's a cool house but I don't like how close to all the trees some of it is. That pool is going to get clogged with leaves, the patios and decks will get littered with leaves as well as bird feces. The upkeep on the exterior alone would run at least $10k a month. Cool, but nah, not for me lol
