Don't live in California, but aren't mosquitos and other insects very common in warm climates? Because then all the opening panels would be used way less often
@paulcimoch34315 жыл бұрын
Lived in CA for 13 years - mosquitos literally don't exist there. Moved to Wisconsin a few years ago and lemme tell ya they are a menace, nothing like them in CA other than flies and beetles
@bngr_bngr5 жыл бұрын
ties pau we have a dry climate in Southern California. But no one in LA is keeping their doors and windows open. No matter what part of town one lives in.
@jwwj305 жыл бұрын
I've lived in California my whole life, the mountains in Julian for 6 years & San Diego the past 45 years. I've never seen (or been bitten) by mosquitoes here. We did backpack down to the bottom of the Grand Canyon on 4 different occasions & they do have mosquitoes there. I think mosquitoes like cool running water with lots of shady places to breed.
@crownofhair55215 жыл бұрын
I’m born and raised in California and LOVE it, and it’s not the mosquitos that bite, but rather the taxes and some people!
@MakeTimeNow5 жыл бұрын
I mean, it's a cool house but I don't like how close to all the trees some of it is. That pool is going to get clogged with leaves, the patios and decks will get littered with leaves as well as bird feces. The upkeep on the exterior alone would run at least $10k a month. Cool, but nah, not for me lol
@thisisnotrealasdfasdfasdf17045 жыл бұрын
0.031% of the house price in monthly upkeep isn't all that awful, thats like $300/month for a $1mill house
