If you are going to pair the USD value of property you should use the parallel black marker value of the Naira and not the CBN rate which is meaningless. This is $55,000 USD Asking! NOT $78,000!!!

Hello Confidence. From watching your presentations, you are a cut above most of the real estate agents in Nigeria. You are well spoken, and have such passion for what you do, well done! But I want to make 2 points: 1) I know we all drag you in the comment section about lack of greenery in all these estates, and it's not really your doing. You are just selling properties. But can you PLEASE tell your property builders that people complain about this a lot? It does not take much to have some bushes, and small trees, and flower beds. I know that land is such a premium commodity in Lagos, that every space must be maximized, and the front yard paved for parking. But we need green spaces. 2) Can you change 'boys quarters' to 'staff quarters' ? Well done, Confidence!

The design layout of this bungalow come be way better. In my opinion I wouldn't want a guest bedroom with a door opening directly into my living room. There isn't a separate space for a dinning and the bathrooms are awful. I would produce a better looking bungalow house at that cost.

Nigerian developers are allergic to trees. What I don't understand is quite a lot of this places for property development were probably forested areas in the first place so shouldn't they have kept some of those trees in the first place? as supposed to growing them from scratch. And people wonder why there is flooding when people have cemented every where on top of that they will now put those artificial plastic grass instead of real grass. I think that Lagos will continue to get more floods as people are really not planning for the future.

The construction of this Bungalow is very basic for that amount of money. some things I noticed, the floorpan is all over the place. the toilet near the entrance is soo small. The wardrobe spaces are tiny. no real storage. A big living room doesn't always equal luxury, its what is done with the space. why isn't the AC unit built in? the water heater in the bathroom is ugly and should be hidden. The whole house is placed in an awkward position leaving a small space at the back and lots of room at the front which is terrible as most people like a little privacy at the back of their house for trees, plants, crop, a pool or even furniture which this floor plan eliminates. Where are the trees? 0 landscaping, 0 photosynthesis just concrete concrete concrete. giving me a headache, Where is the cctv in the area? any street lights? how is this development secure? I'm not one to believe this development is safe because she has persuaded us with mouth.. where is the proof?
