This mansion is engineering wonder. It's a classic modern design with a touch of whimsy. The bright light and so many windows to absorb the sumptuous waterfront views. Favorite features, fireplaces in the living and primary bedroom, that tub in the primary bathroom is EVERYTHING!! the perfect place to hide away unwind and recharge.......the mansion is fan-tab-u-lously fantastic..Thanks Ryan and the S. team for a tour of creative genius!!!

We must have not seen the same video! What I saw was a ‘I LOVE ME VIDEO’. just tight shots of Ryan in every shot with his fake excitement blabbering nonsense like a used car salesman. I wish he would move out the way & use a wider lens so we can actually see the property. These videos would be more enjoyable if he would increase his vocabulary and gain some knowledge of architecture and finishes.

Every video is the same: just tight shots of Ryan who’s ALWAYS blocking the view, fake excitement, small use of vocabulary, and zero knowledge of the architecture & finishings (if he knows it he’s NOT sharing it). Ryan’s videos versus Enes’s videos: Enes gives a break down of the architecture and building materials/finishes, he gives us wide shots of the property, and shows us every room - it’s an actual tour!

Ryan, a good tour, but how to make it better: - Less Ryan, more mansion - More detail shots - More specs on everything - Going through every room, showing complete shots of the rooms without you in it, not just zooming in on certain parts - You don't have to do comedy, these mansions are awesome, show it, completely - Have two cameras following your presentation (you can then edit the best shots) - You can extend the duration to 30 minutes, easily

Great house, fantastic views and location. Naples is beautiful. I think interior decor is lacking, but to each his own. I imagine it with a more natural vibe, bamboo, natural fabrics, walnut pieces, warm it up a bit. Best wishes for a speedy trade!
