It's been on the market for 11 years, to my knowledge, when it was £5.5m. It's now £4m. I think the problem may be it's concrete construction, weird 'platforms' in the sitting/entertaining rooms, and a "dining room" that feels like an afterthought, stuck in a passageway. Other things, like going downstairs to bed, and bedrooms on ground level, at the rear, may be issues for some people, but less of a problem for me; particularly, when compared to the previously mentioned items. The property entrance isn't clear, to me. It may be shared, but the other aspects had me disinterested enough for me not to have bothered finding out.
