Good to see these type of houses in the UK & I think this is as close to perfection as possible with the space, energy efficiency, and of course somewhere for a kick about! I’d have to turn one or two of those downstairs rooms into a recording studio of course which is where maybe the design of the house falls down for me - I feel it could do with another floor for a top floor principle suite leaving the space occupied by the present principle suite downstairs for a games and recording studio makeover… YMMV.. Great content as always, please keep it coming because these clips are great ways to destress after work… And I don’t feel jealous at all… more appreciative of the hard work care and craftsmanship gone into creating such amazing properties like this.

This could be a really amazing home if those windows weren't UV filtered, which I never heard of before this presentation. Why would anyone want such detail, I love house plants and vitamin D, im guessing there is no solar gain throughout the day, so I can't imagine living in this house

Why do UK people go to Portugal? This fact led to inadequate price increases in Portugal. It seems PT people got crazy with this and blow their prices artificially. For 4M they are ready to sell you some dilapidated house in the middle of nowhere. It is significantly cheaper to buy property somewhere in Kensington rather than the Algarve region.

Nice home but intro was too long. It felt like eternity. I think it should be under 30 seconds if you must but rest of the tour was great. I really don't know why he keeps comparing this home with a fictional character that never existed. This home is amazing. Nice design, modern and sustainable with all the solar panels, glazed windows, tons of natural light.
