I love the railing on the stairs and the way it curves out ever so slightly. The outdoor sitting area in front is nice. I have no idea what I would do with so much space, being single. I'm sure a large family would love it though.

To sell in my area, at this price point, it would need a pool. The outdoor space is disappointing. Almost like less house was needed in order to get more outdoor space. However, maybe this is normal for Nashville. Best of luck.

Wow! very nice! is that home in Greenhills? It seems like the new build in a friend's community in Green Hills. Did you list the address and I missed it? Great presentation! Great tour! It is pricey! like everything in Nashville now. For people complaining about the cost... welcome to New Nashville! This is what a booming city looks like. Someone moving here from LA or NY will buy it. Good Luck sir! Much success! Edit: It is in Green Hills and I know the exact location. It's beautiful over there. Green Hills is only the nicest probably most posh area in Nashville proper.... that may have something to do with that price tag!

This was my favorite to date. Every aspect of being compartmentalized for a family of 4 married couples without kids. This would be ideal. The kids have to work anyway. But the 4 couples close to or retired could have a homestead to pass to the next generation. We take nothing with us, But we can leave something behind. The safety, security, and family closeness if only we considered Us instead of Me. The values of communication, sharing, helping, and looking out for each other would be the model of living together. 7/24/22 Wake up Hebrews.

It's a beautiful new home, built on acreage way to small. $3 million overpriced. Lots of angles and wasted space. Also, open space between kitchen, dining and family room ended with Covid. No one wants to spend that amount of money and livie that close to neighbors

This house is over priced, it didn't take a million to construct this and it doesn't have 4.3 million dollars worth quality in,this not a luxury home at 4.3 million dollar price, they cut a lot of corners, railing on inside wall of stair case, no bath in the very nice room over the 3 car garage, I don't know about the window,trim, Is that a Butlter's pantry at the top of the steps? The ceilings are so high,but I guess that if you pay this price, your going change the light bulb, for my dollar, I need more amenities and more quality.
