Great finishes but a really problematic layout. When dinner is ready, you have to carry the food through the living room and the ridiculous office to bring it into the dining room! The guest bedroom is off the dining room? And the primary bedroom is off the living room? Guests have to sneak through the foyer to get from the shower back to their bedroom? Both bedrooms are tiny. And the narrow balcony overlooks a busy intersection of four-lane roads!?

The guest bathroom is quite tiny. Having to pass by the toilet bowl to get in and out of the shower is simply a no no, IMO.

developers always mess up TVs , never put them that high up unless you want to compromise the picture and geta cricked neck, the centre of the TV should be at eye level

The living room furniture is disgusting and uncomfortable, the desk position in the completely wrong place, the television on top of the fireplace is uncomfortable to look at and way too permanent because what are you going to do when you want to change televisions? The bathrooms are beautiful but the kitchen is super small and super simple, £5 million? Only in London 🤑🤑🤑 incredible🙃🙃🙃

@ I guess there is people that have lots of money but they haven’t got a clue what is good or what to do with the money, I have seen so many other properties a lot better than that one where if I had the money I could put my own signature, my own style, my own personality instead of allowing somebody else to dictate all of that for me and that is called having good taste and having your own sense of style, common sense is not common my friend.

Too many urinals and built in TVs, the kitchen sink on a tiny island next to the dining space does not look practical nor elegant, the shower space next to the bath tub means that the bath tub will always be dirty even if not in use. Having said that I would love to live there, LOL.
