Looking forward to you remaking this video when the houses are fully completed. The houses are large and well designed so the finished concept is going to be 🔥!

I don't want to poop on her excitement, but the fact of the matter is that the finishing on these mass construction projects in Naija are poor i'm sorry to say, I have been in a few, sometimes the flaws start with the paint job, tiles are laid badly, water pressure is low, and some owners have changed some of the toilet and bathroom fittings just in less than 2 years after moving in. I don't want to discourage people from buying but these are just things that u might experience with these constructions but at the end of the day, Its still home to so many.

Please Be properly geared next time, it adds to the overall aesthetics and quality control of the project. You are allowed on a construction site, without the proper gear(Ppe) and your tour guide (don’t know what to call him) was dressed in babariga on a construction site amd slippers. That says a lot about the people that are running this project.

I would recommend showing property that is completed, as the aesthetics of a neighborhood/development area can influence a potential buyers decision in purchasing the property. The uncompleted structures, pool, and other amenities mentioned would be a turn off for some. Also, it would have been better to ask a resident beforehand, if you could tour their home with your camera crew, so that the audience could get the feel and look for a completed unit.

It's a beautiful development but there is a lot of faults starting from the presentation She should have spoke to the gentleman before knocking on his door There are a lot that makes a place beautiful like a playground for kids, and trees. Also the position of the swimming pool is wrong and way 2 small And when you want to see a property it has to be a completed building and not the One they're still working on.

Nigeria needs to improve on the "cosmetics" when it comes to development. The exterior of this place is not impressive at all. It looks like you're about to enter a factory or an industrial complex. I understand that with this one in particular, some units are still under construction, but I've seen complete ones that look the same. Where's the grass? Trees?Plants? Properly paved or tarred entrance? Nigeria really lacks curb appeal.

nice place , please stop using the word affordable , the amount you mentioned isn't affordable for large proportion of the people . Average Nigeria cant afford your stated amount . your continuation of the word usage "affordable" is an abuse of the word "affordable" .Affordable should and mean everyone can buy it at ease or not.
