Hey Michelle, my wife and I are planning to move there in late spring but I’m worried about quality of life for my dog. Did you have a pet when you lived in MN? If so, how did they do in the winters?

@@red_skeleton Hello. Yes, I had dogs my entire life in MN. All of my family and friends have dogs as well. Most dogs do VERY well in MN. I don't know what breed of dog you have but I would say most medium to large size dogs tolerate the weather very well. Tiny chihuahua type dogs would probably not do well and would probably need to wear doggy vests and be out for only short times during the harshest of winter days. But otherwise I, nor my family, have ever had any issues with our medium/large size dogs. They love the snow!

@@red_skeleton I'm so happy it helped!! And yes, your Chow Chow will be very happy and will acclimate quite easily and quickly I suspect. Good luck - there is so much to love in MN - I wish you and your family the best of luck and happiness there! If you like large fairs - the MN State Fair in August is a MUST! Most natives go at least twice each year. 🙂

How fast does an apartment like this sell?

Good question! Typically, the condo market takes longer than the single family market in the twin cities. It depends on pricing strategy of the condo, but we’re seeing a lot of great condo inventory taking a few months or so for the right buyer to come around!
