I am so in love with this house. Although it's large it seems very homely with the wood warming it up. Lovely family home and good value for money. Encino house prices seem to be more reasonable. Great video as usual.

You shown us such Beautiful homes the last couple weeks. even last weeks home was one of my favorite as you know? I really like the interior. Super nice...I'm loving the Dining, Living, and that beautiful kitchen. I also think that wine Area is Just in a right place..I thought that something I should mention...Movie theater was Also a nice Size. Backyard was huge in my opinion..great to Entertain in there for sure. The bedrooms, especially that Master bedroom with an Ensuite Bathroom was one of my Ultimate favorite bathrooms just coz I think it is just the right size for couples to have... I just really like it a lot. Very nice home Toured Darren. Thank you for all the Tours as Always. Keep it up! Your Amazing! ❤

How you showcase homes is 2nd to none. Always incredible watching how you present combined with the visuals are excellent. Now this home to be $6M doesn't look as good as the $1.6M home you presented I believe last year. It had the swim up bar. I would think that home would be worth $6M and this one would be worth the $1.6M.

love this one and I have a kind of random question...with that pivot door, since there is no doorknob, if it's not locked do you just push it to go in? is there no turning mechanism that replaces the knob? like house is that safe? lol it's really bothering me...but I still loved the home and you did a great job presenting it.

What a beautiful house. Although I'm in love with the home, I was kind of lost with the wallpaper in the bathroom. Wouldn't the steam and humidity from the shower cause the wallpaper to peel over time?

I just got through looking at million dollar homes and they are just not the same anymore... as in have a lot for that one to two million dollar price range... now you have to spend upwards of 5 - 10 Million... while I am at the bottom of just really being able to afford outright a tiny home...
