This is seriously my favorite home you all have toured. I've been watching the past month or so and THIS right here is the perfect house. There are 2 other houses I like as much, but that backyard is THE best backyard I have seen. If you even wanted more space and didn't like the basketball/tennis court, you have all that extra space to do more. But seriously that pool is everything I dreamed of as a kid

Wow, this one is lovely. A brilliant design, well thought out. Butlers pantry is big enough to make into a second kitchen for a chef. Enough parking space for any situation. Even the tennis pavilion was perfect. This is one of the best houses you have toured, a really well designed home.

I lived in Tarzana many years ago... loved the hills. Aside from that, oddly I have to say this house ranks right up there for me. It was a premium home set up to frame the very best art collections. The house - while certainly not simple - it had an elegance that is sometimes lost when homes are thick with the modern-guilding. And the spaces seemed more livable... the living room was big enough, but not too much. The back yard looked like fun for one or for a whole family, or everyone on the block. Thanks Enes and Mikey. I always enjoy your work...

I'm a bit late with this one but...WOW! That's a lot of house for 7mil. I love it! Especially for the built in espresso machine and the nice master bathroom. Also, that basketball court is great if you want to practice anytime you want. Very nice and the price is good but just would have a problem affording the maintenance. Thanks for showing this one👍🏾

I recently discovered this channel and I have literally binged all the videos. And people usually sleep on how much work goes into the granite and marble moldings and kudos that you point out those details. Being a Granite and Marble trader I understand the pain and effort that goes behind and I really like the fact that the cameraman is not just another guy behind the screen you give them good respect and importance great channel.
