This is something I don't understand: why 2 kitchens? The so called Thai kitchen is perfectly fine, it does the job and is behind a door. I do not do performance art when cooking so a flashy kitchen that is part of the living area is for me a waste of space. I could put bookshelves there instead, far more important 😀

Book shelves would be a nice addition. Two kitchens is very common in higher priced homes! You can find homes with one kitchen for much cheaper than this one :)
