I live on Riverside Dr, Half a mile from this home. It took about 8 yrs to build this thing. Based on what I see it has never been lived in. Supposedly a Dr owns it. Short of you having about 5 kids this home is too big.

I drive past this monstrosity once or twice a week. My brother in California refers to it as "the planetarium" because of the ostentatious dome out front. If you want "Italian", I suggest you downsize, say to $4 million, and use your remaining $4 million to commute a few times a month to the real Italy. Oh, the house across the street is even bigger. Who knew there were so many rich men out there with microscopic penises, who had to impress the riffraf all the time?

100% agreed. Everything you said. Classy people don’t live in these places. Only insecure people who come into new money. Richest, most educated person I know, who was born filthy rich, lives in a 1200 sq ft beach bungalow and volunteers at a food bank. A successful builder I know said once, “the hardest thing in the world to sell is a $10 million dollar house, because people who have $10 million for a house always want (and can) design their own dream house…
