What's great about this building is that it's opposite Amazon's London hq and all of our large conference rooms look directly into your apartments. Great having a presentation to see a guy in his pants in the background eating his breakfast 😅

I feel this place looks more like a corporate serviced apartment for executives or a presidential suite. Not sure if I see families living here. If I had this money to spend on a home in London, I would look for larger homes/townhouses near Chelsea or Primrose Hill / Noting Hill, etc. Anyway, each one to their own preferences.

Very similar/same details as South Quay Plaza over in Canary Wharf. Was also F+P designed. 67 storeys. Practically the same pool design. Penthouse space very similar. Exposed beams etc.

I don’t get why they highlight Miele appliances and exposed beams as a “feature” Miele is literally standard in most mid range apartments and exposed beams is just needed as a construction foundation in curved structures buildings. £9M I would expect Wolf or Gaggenau appliances at least..
