Can you check out this property in Miami Lakes at 16121 Aberdeen Way.? It’s a really nice house on the Don Shula golf course in Miami Lakes. It has a basketball court on the side of the house. It has a putt putt course end it has this glass living room that has a glass ceiling. The master bathroom has a tub that’s in the ground sunk in and it’s built custom. The shower has for the ceiling glass looking outside into the backyard.

That’s a really cool PH, unfortunately I see it’s facing East for the most part, and 830 Brickell will block all that view in less than a year. Right now 830 Brickell construction goes at ~20th floor. I see why $3.5M, and may go down once the office building blocks the view with a glass or concrete wall.

This place is one of the most realistic ones I would consider that you've shown. It's reasonably sized, has a wonderful city and water view and for what it is the asking price is surprisingly reasonable. I think most of all I like the sensible size and layout. Everything you need, nothing you don't and not outrageously large for a normal person or family not regularly sleeping 12 guests.

Buying an apartment in Brickell is like buying a penthouse suite on a cruise ship. The amenity is the apartment itself, safe with amazing views! Remember Brickell is next to old downtown Miami -once you step outside your apartment complex and cross the street at nighttime, let me tell you - is a jungle out there, you better carry a gun or have a bodyguard. Probably that's why this penthouse is so cheap at 3-million. You are better off buying an apartment in Sunny Isles, Bal Harbor, Aventura - is nicer, confy, friendlier up North just before Broward county/Fort Lauderdale.
