A lovely house well crafted with so much potentials and room for easy personal upgrades. I know this house is alot more beautiful than the unnecessarily dark video makes it out to be. Shoulda just parted the curtains tho I particularly really enjoyed this video, a rather calm and soothing voice, void of the overhyped pitch... Lol. The large compound space with enough greenery really sells it beautifully. I'd swap out that barbecue section for a swimming pool though. Thumbs Up! 👍

I disagree! This is the best house I have seen so far. The house needed the curtains to be opened and you would appreciate the space. Not all those loud marbled floor with every floor a different design. No, cohesion or uniformity! This house is the bomb! All the house needed is more lighting! Omo! See space! Not all those 4 x 4 containers that “Lekki” developers call houses! Charging an arm and a leg. Just, because something is different does not make it bad. Just look at the master bathroom! You can never create space! However, but renovation can be manufactured!!! 😁

Who are you marketing these houses?. By American standards it's a ok house. The house has great room sizes. However, why are the door way entrances into the rooms so low. The asking price is ok.

That house is beyond compare to an American house. The house is made of mortar and bricks unlike an American house made of wood and sheetrock. In America, if you own a house like that you will continue to pay for tax and home insurance for the rest of your life and the house in America is just a wooden box with a fancy surface. When you say is an okay house is like you are downgrading the craftmanship and the solidness of the house when most rooms in American house apart from the master bedroom don't have private bath and walk-in closet, no gated compound and know boys quarter for gateman and the helpers, when people talk about African homes they forget that the only thing that makes American homes look fanciful is the faux surface of the final product not the solid foundation of the house in Africa.

@@sidicniy874 Hello. American houses can be modest homes to very grand homes made of different wood to cement and steel. Homes in USA can also have guest houses as well as areas for house holdstaff. There are people in the USA that may have a 5 year to 30 year mortgage. There are people who pay for their homes outright. New homes in the USA are made with large rooms and walk in closets. Homes are also have multiple bathrooms. As for paying property tax, people in the USA do this for safe paved streets, schools, parks and other needed services. Check the homes for sale in the USA you will see a very wide selection. Also many people in the USA build their homes for custom design. People USA say their home is their castle they take pride in the home they live in. It's not a box with a fancy front.
