is not out of the realm of possibility 320k as down for 20% look for something that pay's above 100k save around 70% for your income, live frugally until then and once that credit history is nice and juicy and you got a decent down payment and also knowing that rates will remain low until 2022 according to the Fed if not longer. I'd say you got around 5 years to save up, compound that money and make it work for you until then!

I must say for the price point you get a lot of bang for your buck. This home is incredible starting with the Mother in law suite. It is beautiful, the grand staircase, to the open concept living including indoor/ outdoor, the backyard ect... then the layout of the second floor, the master. Everything is just incredible. Hat's off to anyone who had a hand in bringing this home to life. Darren an crew amazing job.

Absolutely worth it. less than 2 millions, in LA. Which give everything that 8 and 10 million gives in very small place with Tiny pool. But look, this one has big and fancy pool with shaded outdoor kitchen attached with pool. This is Super fancy house for party. Great work.

I love stair case entrance, but I'm not a big fan of the implementation in this one. it creates a sense of choke point where the actual hallway entrance is only a 1/3 width of the space, I'd personally prefer just a single stair case to open up the entrance hallway.

Three feet is an exaggeration, the neighbors, of course, are farther away than that. When you space houses much further apart, you end up with expensive housing because one house is occupying a lot of land that another house COULD HAVE been built on. The same people who complain that these houses are too close together are the same ones who complain that Los Angeles and California are messed up because it's so expensive. Well what do you think you're going to get if one house takes up a lot of land in a desirable place like California? High prices, that's what!! I certainly don't like houses that are too close together, but this didn't seem too close, just average closeness. People are comfortable with different things and everyone can afford different things. So you can buy a different house in metro L.A. that looks great just like this one, and sits further away from its neighbors, but at a $4 million price tag and up, not for $1.6 million. If $4 million and up is fine for you, go for it.

It's not $1 million, it's $1.6 million. Don't forget the extra $600,000. Considering this is Los Angeles, $1.6 million for this is a good price. You could spend $1 million for a regular looking house in metro L.A. that would not look as good as this, would not have pool and spa areas like this, would not have views like this which probably look really good at night, would not have a kitchen area like this, or these many bedrooms and bathrooms. This home is a good value considering it's in metro L.A. I would buy it.
