Utilizing a home like this one is a nice change to every home we see & watch... I love how neutral the colors & vibe it produce, it is a very inviting home with a nice backyard walking trail, glass bridge & great entertainment space. I love the home....I think it justify the price for a BH home. Nicely Toured home Darren, Another Winner as such, even the driving part was cool. Great work! ❤️💯

This house is amazing but should have more than 5 bedrooms. The house across the road is a smaller house, $5mil less and has six bedrooms.

Idk why anyone would need more than 5. Enough for kids, parents and guests. Other spaces are used for storage, living and eating. That's why they never put more than a few bedrooms no matter how big they are. It just doesn't make sense.
