The only drawback for this house is the bathrooms don’t have windows therefore you don’t see the natural light. With Windows we get natural light and fresh air ventilation for healthier bathroom than a stuffy dark bathrooms.

Love the house, it is so beautifully staged. I love the blue tiling in the master shower and the shades of blue elsewhere. The blue crystals in the garden are gorgeous and I can imagine them being lit from beneath at night. Very nice house with options for buyer to make small changes to make it look more impressive for example the front door could be changed to a door with more stylish craftsmanship that would have guests saying WOW!!!, before they even enter inside, that's all i see that i would change at this point but i might want to construct some hidden compartments doors, and a panic room lol!!! Which one of those rooms would do fine once enforced but don't mind me I'm always thinking of security and protection in a home and out especially in these days and times but this is a very beautiful property and i thank you for the tour i enjoyed it very much also my favorite candy is frango, Reese peanut butter cups and kit Kat coming in 3rd

You know your no where near downtown LA when they start saying how close you are to the freeway as a bonus. As someone who live in LA, this 30-40 mins from downtown LA without traffic. You can expect to take an hour to get to downtown LA on any given day with moderate traffic. And the San Fernando valley just continues to become a worse area ever since the 80's. But you do got a lot of home for your money.

Toll Brothers homes are really polished and very nice but the houses and the lot sizes especially are really small. Everything just seems so tight and congested. Like they purposely are trying to squeeze in as much as they can into the least amount of space possible. Of course just like most "cookie cutter" homes the builder usually doesn't give you a large lot and builds all of the houses reallyclosetogether. The idea of these homes is they're suppose to be family homes. But they lack any type of yard space for small children to play in. What's considered to be the backyard is geared towards entertaining adults and not really safe for small children. I guess I'm just use to the neighborhood I grew up in as a kid during the 80's and 90's where every house had a FULL FRONT AND BACKYARD with grass no matter if it had a pool or not. A yard you could throw a football around And the garages could actually fit 2 cars of any size and still have more than enough room for a lawnmower, tools and everything else. But those were cookie cutter homes of the 1980's and before.
