It's a beautiful home. As an island home, it looks too traditional. A lot of dark browns and big furniture. I think it would look more open if they went more modern/minimalist. I agree with you. This would be good for an Air BNB or vacation home. Does it have a backyard? The front was well manicured.

The comments are always entertaining. The owners like LOTS of big nice things and just puts them in there... I hope she finds a larger house to satisfy her shopping urge. Keida should start giving the sizes of the rooms as none of these rooms were "spacious". A nice house but the cost though.

I did an Airbnb in that community it’s nice quiet and peaceful, nice neighbors, the problem I had was getting in and out from the highway to and from Kingston. No clear directions.. was scary every time.. will not go back there

Hmmm there is far too much furniture cluttering up the place, difficult to see it's true potential as well as a mish mash of design ideas which may suit the owner but will take a lot of money for the new owner to make their own. New kitchen is required and bathroom needs to be redone but the rest of the main house can be worked with. As for the stairs that lead to nowhere, a non existent extension is poor they should have left it as one level as a turn off, as is the toiler underneath the stairs that lead nowhere with no window It can be a nice large family home but at 52 million would you want to poor it so much more? blessings

It is very disappointing to see a house that looks great on the outside and then, when you go inside, it 's a big let down. No theme, no organization, everything seems outdated and cluttered - sorry, but a big turn off. With all respect, maybe you should get a decorator and try again to make it more appealing for JMD52M.

The house is small my apartment I live in have way more space and haven’t seen the back so it’s just 3/4 showing. You people are not in the business of selling it’s just showing because if I’m in a foreign country and have cash money why would I fly on a plane just to come see a house that is not fully shown. Say I see all the back and everything it would propelled me to take a flight even before I want to to come check a house out because of like what I see. You guys have to do better.

Precisely! And she keeps calling every room spacious..... Where?! Where is the space? The secondary bedroom has 3 beds! That's not a bedroom that's a barracks. The table has 4 seats but can only fit 3 people due to the LACK of space. I swear every time I watched the reviews on this channel this lady's integrity is called into question because the description of the properties vs what we are looking at do not align.

Lovely landscape and the community seem ok. Beautiful on the outside. However, I don't want to live outside. The inside is horrible. Horrible job.
