It's absolutely gorgeous and as usual I like the way you show houses, thoroughly going through the living space, the only thing I didn't like is the shower glass panels, they look low grade, they should be with hinges not with a metal barre, for a few thousands dollars more the house could rival houses in Brentwood and Belle Meade.

This was a really nice home. Feels like across all the tour channels lately the homes all look and designed the same. This one felt warm and modern and nice floor plan amd soothing interior design with the warm woods. Everything felt clean and modern but not too over the top. Anyone could move right in. Good pick John!

What a beautiful home. The floors are gorgeous. This home needs an elevator to get to all the places in the home. The patio in the backyard is nice and large. Kings Chapel is in a beautiful area. This home goes on forever. Nice job in showing this beauty. 😊

It was very good that your VoiceOver continued into the house tour, it makes for a different perspective. One of the better homes, no excess gables. The primary suite bathroom is not bad at all.. The bedroom closet is not as generic as are so many. The rom for expansion in the basement area is very nice. The barn door has fallen out of favor. The primary suite should have a seating area for at least two chairs. The screen porch off of the great room is a plus. A handheld shower wand should be in. every bathroom. Please, during the tour open the ovens, dish washers and refrigerator/freezers. Thank you.
