Weird to see so many large/tall opening windows on the 1st floor, especially flanking the front door, like they were an "I forgot my keys" option to gain entry. Love the porch, would prefer some of it in the back, screened in. Nice house except for some craftsmanship. You didn't show the bathrooms upstairs, or what that one 1/2 height door was for in two of the bedrooms .. attic/storage access perhaps? Does the barn include a riding mower? That's a lot of sod to maintain!

Thanks for watching and for sharing. The home does not include a rider but definitely a great idea

THIS LAYOUT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE!!! NO WAY!! WHEN I WALK INTO A HOME, I EXPECT IT TO HAVE A FLOW. THE KITCHEN IS PLACED IN A MOST PECULIAR WAY, NOT TO MENTION HAVING TO WALK THROUGH THE DINING/LIVING ROOM INTO THE KITCHEN JUST TO GET TO THE FAMILY ROOM AND 2ND FLOOR DECK. THE ONLY THING I LIKE IS THE BACKYARD. IF A HOME DOESN'T CAPTURE ME AS SOON AS I WALK IN OR DOESN'T MAKE SENSE, I WILL USUALLY TURN AROUND AND WALK OUT. THIS HOUSE DID NOT CAPTURE ME. IF ANYTHING, IT CONFUSED ME RIGHT AWAY. THE PRIMARY BEDROOM WAS HORRIBLE. IT LACKED CHARACTER AND SPACE; THEREFORE, I WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING REMOTELY LIKE THIS HOME. THIS HOUSE GETS A 1 STAR OUT OF 10 FROM ME. THE BACKYARD GETS 4 STARS OUT OF 10.

I used to love this area, but becoming a World economic forum “20 min city” is not a selling point - it’s a deterrent 🤦♂️ a ton of cookie cutter homes & everyone is stacked on top of their neighbors - no thanks.

Wow. This an absolute gem 💎 of a home. I would definitely convert the area above the garage into an artists studio. And the terrace level just seals the deal with the gym, and potential theater 🎭 room. Spacious garage, high end finishes throughout and 5 acres of beautiful greenery. And as always, awesome camera work and narration 😎💯

None of the things you said are there are actually there. They're assumed to come. It's a literal field as of today with some "homes" on it. Surrounded by nothing but housing. Spring Hill has very little entertainment and virtually nothing for young children let alone teenagers. This area he's advertising is proposed over a 20 year time span, good luck with that happening. This video is promoting fraud at the least.

Thanks for watching and for sharing. June Lake is the largest Project Development in the Greater Nashville area with an investment of $2.35B - that’s greater than the 10 year investment into the $2.1B Nashville International Airport & the $2.1B investment into enclosing the Titans stadium. With a $2.35B investment into June Lake, although currently it is a field, Southeast Venture who is leading the development of this site will be bringing 3.9 million square feet of commercial office space, 1.3 million square feet or retail and restaurant space, and 400 hotel rooms. In fact, the grocery store chain Hy-Vee announced that its first location in Tennessee will be on 17 acres of land at the June Lake site.

I don't see anything that is a MUST update. Only thing I notice is that the fire place needs a good cleaning ... But I could move right in, and for College Grove, and that much land plus over 5000 square feet, that price is a huge bargain.
@johnbourgeoisgroup3 сағат бұрын
Absolutely true! You are correct, it does need an update but with a bargain like that, you’d be able to do that and enjoy your beautiful land. Thanks for watching and for sharing

No !. I have to assume that the land is $2 million and the house is $300K.

Helpful video. Could you describe allergy season(s) in Nashville and does it bother you? thanks
@johnbourgeoisgroupАй бұрын
Thank you so much for watching and for your question! I totally get where you're coming from-Nashville's allergy seasons can be a big deal for a lot of people. I grew up with allergies my entire life, especially when I was living in Guam and California, but funny enough, since moving to Nashville, I don’t experience allergies at all. With that said, my wife and my brother-in-law both relocated here from Washington, and even though they never had allergies before, they started dealing with them here. To give you an idea of the seasons-spring is probably the toughest for most people due to tree pollen (March through May), and then fall can be tricky too, mostly because of ragweed (late August through the first frost). Summer and winter tend to be a bit easier for allergy sufferers. It really varies from person to person, though, so it’s great to know ahead of time what to expect. Hope that helps, and feel free to reach out if you have any other questions!

WHAT'S WITH THOSE HIDEOUS STRING LIGHTS IN THE BREAKFAST AREA? YOUR KIDDING RIGHT? Why is there so many different types of lights in the kitchen? I love the kitchen except for all the different light fixture. Make them match better. The lighting in this house is horrible, I would tear it all out and have all new put in for the entire downstairs. NOTHING WRONG WITH THE MASTER CLOSET OR THE MUSIC BUT YES, A BAR IN THE MEDIA AREA WOULD BE NICE.

Crazy. I've never seen a SFH with four ovens. 5 bedrooms, 4 ovens lol. A little overkill. Definitely a beautiful home but not a fan of the living room from the marble wall to the black accent wall. I guess I prefer a little more warmth. Great tour as always!!

That's amazing 😍🤩👍🏿 & superb house John ❤! It looks more like a custom built farmhouse sitting on a large land! Is it so!? 2:17 That 3.15 acre lot is so awesome 👏! It's greenish everywhere 💚! Do that fountain/stagnant water or something is inside that land?? 7:05 Loved that high ceiling living space & wooden floor there 😘 18:16 where is Billard set up in that room 🤷🏻♂️? Anyways the interior looks are in general are wooden floor with white walls & wooden beams. The exterior is dark blued with orange wooden framed pillars,beams, front door & window walls. I love them all ❤! Tbh the property is way gorgeous 😍! Can you just tell me where is Nolensville in TN? THANK YOU SO MUCH JOHN FOR SUCH A NICE TOUR ☺👍🏿❤!

Thank you for taking the time to watch and for asking some great questions. At the entrance of the property is a fountain and pond, a great water feature to be able to sit around, maybe have a fire pit, and have s’mores around. Although it is a Billard room, the home is not stage so a pool table is not in the room. I absolutely loved the soaring ceilings as well. Definitely a favorite of mine 💙 This home happens to be on the southern end of Nolensville. Let me know if you would like to tour it in person and I’d love to do so
