Lovely home but as someone that lives in the "Hamptons" (not that anyone from here calls it that) it misses the mark as a Hamptons inspired design.

I think I saw this home a few months ago or last year.... I also thought someone bought it... LOL

John plz Note... I watch you and one other guy in Nashville re: properties for sale! And one thing that is vital to most ppl, is not only a walk-thru of the home, but also very important to walk the outside lot, (& always incd lot size) but also any water features on the property is VITAL to show!

Tiny overwhelmed Main Street through town w/o a center turn lane.. As in most areas around Nashville, retail and homes are added w/o any additional road capacity or infrastructure in place. Same capacity as 1967 with thousands of new residents.

I live in Nolensville and wasnt aware of it prior to moving here. It is a hidden gem. You get the best of everything. Amazing schools, super safe, parades/festivals- small yet modern town charm, you are 20-30 mins from everything bigger (franklin, smyrna, nashville) but the you are driving thru gorgeousness country roads, rolling hills and huge homes.. great way to decompress. Modern country living just outside the big cities.

Nice house. What I especially like is that the bedrooms are big and spacious. I've seen many large homes with only the master bedroom being spacious and always wondered why the other bedrooms are small. Thanks for uploading.

The closets need more open shelving , wasted area below the rods. Less carpeting needed.

My favorite part of this home are the garages. A man cave and I would have another big garage built there too. For other show cars that I I've and a nice big. Pool have to have a pool

Beautiful house. The "alley" kitchen is sort of a weird layout but the home is gorgeous. Love how modern it is and the light wood floors are stunning.

It sold in 2023, but still listed as one of my favorites. There's one nearby for half the price, but nowhere near the same sized plot. Still a beautiful area that i can't wait to check out one day.

Overall, I think the home is stunning. We’re looking for custom builder, but in PA and I think this is a great starting point to work with. Personally, we don’t need 8K in sq ft, but I really love the courtyard aspect of the floor plan. My ancestry is from Spain and I’ve always been drawn to the ancient Roman style of floor plan with a private courtyard. Not to mention, I was raised in that style of housing. We’re looking to do a multigenerational home offering a bit of separation between the 3 generations in our family. So this style of floor plan seems to have potential. Anyway, there are some personal tweaks on this floor plan, but it’s def a good starting point from the layout & transitional aspects.

This house is very much better than the tired multi-gabled type houses that dominate new Nashville construction. The European type courtyard is wonderful. The upstairs bedrooms are somewhat confusing, the bunk room for example. Is the brown tiled bathroom to be shared with the bunk room. The large back-to back open areas near the bunk room, are they meant to be upstairs family/television rooms. The lack of a powder room near the game/media room is glaring. There should be a hand held shower wand in all bathrooms, rain heads can be a pain if one does not hair wash every day. The closet spaces are much nicer than the usual generic Home Depot installs. The screened porch is a huge plus. The primary bedroom should be a retreat with space for a sitting area of two chairs or a settee, west coast architects always get this right. The high wall in the back yard screens the school next door. Overall, the house is very nice and the architectural design is a breath of fresh air, when compared to the usual stodgy Nashville designs.
