This place only needs white washing and maybe epoxy the floor in the garage. Id knock down that tree and continue the cage around that pad, and maybe add a hot tub. Even though the rooms are slightly smaller, I'd make them work. The only thing i really hate is that its in line with a street, and a drunk driver could skid into that front bedroom in the middle of the night with no end of street barriers!

Disappointed! What happened to the primary bedroom? No walk in closet, all the bedrooms looks the same size

All I can say is that the Kitchen is really nice. Again the epoxy on the Garage floor, Green Turf Maintenance , Front and back, Could do without the Pool. TOO Many Trees, On the Sides and in the Back. It's on a Busy Street, That could be one of the problems that they are having a Hard time selling. $300,000 I'm going to go even lower to $250,000.

The only part of the house that's really nice is the kitchen. The rest needs major updates. Location is not the best, I would have to arm myself to the teeth for home protection. Best offer $250,000 and that's generous. Thank you for the showing.
