Why the heck did we start on the roof? That is the POV of a cat burglar or Batman. . .discovering the house after entering from the roof? ? ? Who's idea was that? That confused me.
@philipwellsrealestate25 күн бұрын
Hahaha! I just loved that top floor and couldn't wait to get up there and show it off. I do not confess to being a cat burglar.
And that top "terrace" dude had to climb out a window to get to it....

Wait did he just call the butler's pantry a "sort of kitchen before a kitchen"?

I guess you're paying that price to live in Brooklyn heights instead of Crown heights. Lol, is 'floating moulding' real estate agent speak for a gap in the wall/floor?
@philipwellsrealestate23 күн бұрын
Yes, Brooklyn Heights comes with a premium but it's a lovely neighborhood. As far as the floating moulding, it's not too commonly done in private homes since it's more expensive and any differences in drywall are noticed immediately, whereas baseboards are more forgiving. That's what I was trying to say😄. Museums commonly do it as it creates a clean look that draws the eye to the artwork.There is a discussion about it here: www.reddit.com/r/MuseumPros/comments/1784rhw/moma_walls/

I would love it if you showed the whole damn house. You showed us 2 bedrooms, I full bath, and I half bath? For 12mil. How do you expect people to know if they are interested if you don't show the entire thing? Smdh.
@philipwellsrealestate25 күн бұрын
Sorry Kady, some portions of the house were off limits and can only be seen during private showings. I showed you as much as I could and I hope you got a good “flavor” of the house but I hear you and it is noted for the future.
