I'm obsessed. I just LOVE when you show these 'proppa' Jamaican houses. With a little TLC and modernisation (solar panels, additional bathrooms), this adorable property would make a delightful family home. And outside? *The lush greenery, well fruited gardens, oodles of privacy: chefs kiss. The staff quarter, I would convert to either a cute little art studio, WFH office or a place to store my garden tools. I hope any prospective buyer considers purchasing the adjoining land as the possibilities are extensive. Farm it and become self sufficient. Extend on the current build. Think this property would suit someone who's prepared (and can afford) to really resurrect new life into this lovely island home. Possibly retirees? By the way - terrazzo tiles are back in fashion :)

A four bedroom home needs two bathrooms. The yard is spacious with lush greenery. The 2.5 acreage behind the property would be nice to be added or included in the price. The rustic charm of the home is very welcoming. I like a property with plenty of fruit trees. I love her voice and commentary. Thanks for sharing!

Honestly, its looking better to buy older homes, renovate them to your liking and live. The new developments are not making sense. The yard space is good too.

I am viewing this channel because I am seeking to purchase in the future, what they advertise here. The media portrays Africa and Haiti and some other countries to be sooo impoverished. They will never highlight the millionaires living in these countries. And then there are individuals seemingly like yourself who will blindly run with it and make it into a gospel then use it pass belittling remarks as this. I am not surprised if you are a Jamaican residing elsewhere, one who maximizes on this as an opportunity to degrade where you probably once lived.
