Just curious - how thick are the walls, what type of sheathing is used, and what is the R-value of the wall and attic insulation?

It's really nice - I'm a big fan of all the clay tile roofs there!

Leawood is exceptional HOWEVER the pricing for theses models are a bit elevated above current market

Thank you for the comment! For context, all three Aventino models are under contract. 16 pending build jobs, several at price points similar to the models. The demand for homes in Aventino is quite impressive!

That demand will continue even being a little over market. Wait until things really heat up in housing. The demand for existing builders who survive will be unbearable. There will be a lot of new millionaires here soon and a lot of new poor people. Facts.

I can't imagine a $2M home having luxury vinyl. And carpet just not my personal preference for that kind of money. It has some nice features but i think those steps going down is dangerous. I love the walkout patio.

I toured this home. It is much more impressive in real life. Luxury vinyl is typical for a basement. Real hardwood was on the main level.

It is very nice but it's not worth over 2 million

How come?

I said the same. The entry wall he loved so much is a personal taste and it's not for me. And I don't want any carpet. Lastly master was small to me.

LOL. Who wants to live next to an interstate with all that noise. Most everything in that house is current, no classical -- the next buyer of the house will have to gut it.
