Broadcasting Rock Salt over the wet concrete, than floating into the topping and the moisture within the wet concrete desolves the Rock Salt and leaves pukas in the finished slab,,,,

I am with you good sir. Looking at this again. I would love the outdoor shower in the Rainy Season. I was stationed in the Philippines in 76. During monsoon season we would shower out side in skives or swim where. The ladies from my same hospital lived next door and did the same thing. Good times.

Solid build, I have to question the one bathtub being in a guest suite. That means if someone wants a bath they have to occupy the whole room rather than go into a bathroom for a warm soak. I’d prefer a private bathroom. It’s more practical.

Hey Mike, Sure wish you would give the elevation of these properties in KONA. (It looks to me like it’s 800 to 1000 feet MSL)…Am I Close? Pretty house - love the roof. Dumb question: When exiting the garage, do you back all the way up the driveway to the street, or backup onto the cement pads (with the grass in-between), and then exit nose-first onto the street?

Certainly not Kona that has D- rated schools, lack of police, very little jobs or employment opportunity, and just 1 costco for an entire island of people. Miami would be my choice of those 3. @@missulu
