This bad behaviour of not planting trees in new estates will completely destroy this city. This is even the suburb for goodness sake.
@JanJan-pq4im2 жыл бұрын
Ikr? If I bought this house, I would be jack-hammering and getting rid of the concrete expanse surrounding the house, at least the majority of it. Then I would plant trees, bushes, put in some flower beds, and just landscape the surrounding beautifully. Why would anyone want to put a pool in such a tiny yard. Also, absolutely no gold fixtures.... quite tacky.
@jyde502 жыл бұрын
@@JanJan-pq4im NO need to do that and destroy the place, just relocate to the thick bush and build your house , you will get all the green you want,

What's wrong with having greenery outside the house? I'll not turn a blind eye to the astonishing interior but tbh they need do better with the exterior. All I see there is a vast area of dry land. Very unappealing.

I am particular about finishing. Not first class. Attention to details. The doors, the sinks in the bathroom, the boiler, electrics, not well done for what you're paying. Workmanship is poor compared to how expensive the accessories is. Nigerian workmen aren't really fantastic. Checkout ghanaian craftsmanship, very clean and neat, pay more attention to finishing. People need their money's worth.
@bonsujoshua8982 жыл бұрын
Cmon.. be constructive in your criticism as the things you stated are not bad at all. We also need to stop criticizing and comparing people's job. I'm currently in Ghana and I can tell you there's no difference to what will be done. I particularly do like greenery though
