Not just the house but the entire property looks amazing. Love having the 2 acres lot, so much space.

When I built some houses the local building inspectors didn’t approve pot fillers because, if they leaked it could cause major damage and required a floor drain if you wanted one.

Idaho is expensive, but love the homes!

Love your videos. It's the reasons why I keep watching them. However, how come you never addressed the important issues like CC&R's, Meloros, HOAs, and Taxes. Also who provides water, gas, electricity, and WiFi. Up there in Idaho is cold compares to SoCal. What's the average gas bill? Thanks for taking my questions.
@ChrisWaddle-p5s11 сағат бұрын
It’s gets extremely cold in Idaho as it snows year round which is why the gas bills are close to $1000 per month. Please tell all your SoCal friends.

Do walk throughs of more acreage homes like this one, in Nampa, Middleton, and Caldwell.

@@ArcVega we try to focus on acerage and RV bays, but some homes are not available for us to film. I definitely agree and that is our top priority

I prefer the pop up outlets, I thought side outlets on islands were no longer code anyway?
@LivingInIdahoHomesКүн бұрын
You’re right, technically it’s against code now. We still see it. 🫣😬

Nice home, but way more than anyone needs! You buy a home like this when you have money to burn.

WHY don't you name the builder & model of home in (any of) your videos?
@LivingInIdahoHomesКүн бұрын
Great question! We’ve learned from experience that naming the builder and model directly can sometimes lead people to approach the builder’s sales team without realizing they’ll be left without their own representation. This can put them at a disadvantage when navigating contracts and negotiations. Our goal is to protect and guide our clients through the process, ensuring they’re fully informed and have someone advocating for their best interests. If you’re curious about a specific home, feel free to reach out directly-we’re always happy to share all the details and help you every step of the way!
@Allan_A9 сағат бұрын
correct me if I'm wrong, the builders have margin built into the price to pay the buyer realtor, so there isn't a benefit to the buyer to not have your own representation.

I'm always thinking nobody can afford these houses but then ppl keep buying them. I don't get it. They must not be trading their time for money. They must have already have houses, rentals, stocks, assets that doubled in the last 4 years. Meanwhile the younger kids are working a full time job and 2 side hustles just to pay for a 1 bedroom apartment. Def a divide between the rich and poor. All the boomers and their luxury RVs. Always another rich CA coming in buying these houses. The avg Boise salary is like 60k. Haves and Have nots is what this inflation is doing. Boise used to be very working class.

Boomers can have the RV garage. Gen z is living in a garage or RV.

😂 You crack me up. I will tour whatever new construction homes or communities that people ask me to! We have many starter homes and mid range homes on here, and we work with all different price points 🤩 I never want people to feel excluded from our services or the channel because of price ❤️
