Great showing Dakota! Unfortunately, Blue Heron dropped the ball with the lot sizes . Homes of this magnitude and scale at this price point is a total fail in my eyes. Homes are way too close for comfort. Your walk through is very good!

Thank you so much for the compliment. I can understand your view point. These homes actually start at 1.36 million. The price of this one is justified due to all of the upgrades and finishes throughout the home. Lot size does play a major role however so do other factors. Price also includes the furniture and the art pieces.

So many issues with this property 1. Your neighbour is SOOO close to you, surprising that in a country with so much land (especially LV) you would be so close to your neighbour with NO privacy with that low wall. FAIL! 2. You enter the property by the side of the house not the front.... FAIL! 3. Back garden so so small, no grass/lawn at all for $6+ million FAIL! 4. The dining table is on the other side of the house from the kitchen, so you have to walk past the entrance hall with your food to sit and dine. FAIL! 5. The office is really a bedroom with that en-suite... and it faces the entrance where people enter the house. (i guess you could put some curtains in 4 privacy) 6. Most of the bathrooms are all open with just some glass separation. NO privacy at all and the moisture from the bathroom enters the bedroom. FAIL! 7. The 1st bedroom upstairs you showed has a jack & Jill bathroom... why? Just make it a private en-suite 8. That portable free standing sauna is a bit of a joke for this price 9. The pebbles all over the inside of the house is a way for the developer to cheap out on installing a proper floor 10. The step up in the master bedroom is hardly a unique feature in home design 11. You missed out the garage and many other doors in the house, i guess most are wardrobes/storage 12. NO basement???? where is the home cinema, dedicated games room, staff quarters for this price. So easy to build a basement in a new build Thanks for the tour though, was interesting to see
