Before watching: Hope DR Horton hired a new architect! Last time I looked at their homes, the layouts were always very, very poor. After watching: Much better!

I went to see this community. Models are nice.. Just don’t like subdivisions because they build them so close.. many homes are less than 15’ apart. No room from neighbors

This is definitely not my idea of almost a 1/2 million dollar home! This home is wayyyy over priced!!!! Charlotte is getting ludicrous with these home prices. Imagine what you could get in say, Texas for $450 thousand……

That builder is trash. The appliances are cheap they break down within two years the wiring is terrible the warrantees on major things are only one year including your roof do not buy your DR Horton save yourself the plumbing is plastic
