Hi Sharon, no ma'am I work with the resale as well. Unfortunately resale within the same price range is not as easy to film in this market. You have to consider that a lot of them could be seller occupied still.

Do not move to Charlotte. If you’re from New York or any major city, moving here is the absolute worst thing to do. There’s absolutely nothing to do. Beaches are 3 1/2 hours away and the flight prices are extremely expensive compared to JFK. The only thing to do in this city is restaurants and Breweries. The people here are about 10 years behind and the cost of living is increasing tremendously for nothing offered in return.
