Do you have to program it after replacing it?

It was hard to tell for sure from your video, but I thought I saw a large electrolytic capacitor (blue or black) mounted between the two boards next to what look like relays. Electrolytic capacitors are notorious for failing after some years. In fact, between 1999 and 2007 these capacitors were made with the wrong materials and had a higher than normal failure rate (see en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capacitor_plague). I suspect many sick IPDMs are the result of that plague. And replacing the bad capacitor is the cure. I’ve done it on TVs and I know people who’ve done it as a regular practice on old power supplies.
