The two big rooms are special indeed, but the two other 2nd floor bedrooms were not left as an after thought. I love bedrooms where the ensuite t&b is positioned as part of like a hallway. This allows the bedroom area itself to have 4 clean walls with only a single opening for the entrance/exit and the t&b.

Great presentation by Miss Pricess as usual. She is definitely the most stylish home vlogger in the Philippines. I’m not sure I like the design of the house though. I think they could have done more. I love the size of the lot and the location. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a house in this area before. I’m definitely going to look at this neighborhood. Thank you for bringing us to this community

everything brown is "wood." Is it narra? laminate? marine? engineered? are the tiles homogenous? ceramic? How many sq mt is the lot vs the living space? This house has a ton of glass, is it insulated glass? Are the glass door frames standard aluminum, pvc, security type? It's 120million, the buyer would want to know. But the honestly the house is ugly, the spaces dont flow smoothly.

They want specific stones and cuts for their appliances. Sa mga closet may mga provision naman. Sa mga buyer na may 120M they want provisions kasi may mga certain brand sila. Most likely they want blum hinges installed. Some preferred narra for their closset some prefers glass. Siguro sayo na walang pambili sayang yung open space. Pero sa mga may kaya nyan they want open areas. You will see most of the mansions on 250M only have 7br on 1200sqm. Because they want space. Besides hindi ikaw yung target market

Because the buyer at this caliber wont mind it. Why? They are more specific with the stones, cuts and appliances that will be integrated with the kitchen. They can spend 120M on house most likely they will not mind spending 1M for customized kitchen according to their needs.
