Nice exterior! Like the windows. Gotta love the tub, and those two chairs in the lounge were really beautiful! I like to see electric hot tubs typically, the wood-burnings are fine in rarity.

I literally thought I had seen this one before when we went inside the house. It's okay to find different styles to show off.

I really loved this in every single aspect. Beautiful design throughout, a fabulous sun trap, bright, open, warm and welcoming, perfect ❤ Loved that bathroom layout and also the reading nook, always a winner for me 😊 As for the hot tub, I think a one or two nights stay and it's a treat to set the fire going for it, longer than that and it becomes a chore. Maybe that's because I'm used to open fires for heating the house and hot water and know it's beautiful but such a chore too 🤷🏻♀️

I definitely could stay here. Gorgeous views, no neighbors, beautiful place. I once had that exact same couch, we absolutely loved it BUT at the time we also had our 3rd baby, and with bringing the baby swing and other little baby furniture stuff in, it started making my livingroom feel cramped so we sold it and got a smaller couch. Worst decision ever, I regret it everyday. Now I'm stuck with a semi comfortable couch that's just too small and the cushions keep coming out. One day my husband and I will have our retirement home built on the backside of our property with gorgeous views and I want windows just like this. I can never get enough natural lighting. ❤❤❤

Another beautiful BNB! I prefer a regular hot tub that's easy and convenient too. I'm all about immediate gratification, especially when it's cold outside 😊Thanks for sharing!

This is truly a beautiful design & setting! Another one to put on my dream list. Love the comfy vibe with that sofa (we also have one similar :), those swivel-padded chairs, reading nook, & music area with records & turntable! Could definitely live in this type of home. The views are absolutely wonderful to be enjoyed from such a large, inviting deck. And I'd prefer a wood-burning hot tub, but just as a novelty. Many thanks for another amazing video & Happy Holidays!

I think the addition of the steps, though meant to look good, are actually a huge hindrance to anyone with accessibility issues (cane, walker, wheelchair etc)... Single level everything just makes spaces for everyone

With the house being on a slanted hill I wouldn't recommend anyone that is disabled stay there anyways.

Wood fired hot tub is certainly easier on the electric bill.

It's beautiful. I love the architecture and finishes. I'm confused by the use of space though. Why two living room spaces in a one-bedroom home? Two bedrooms with one living room in the same footprint would have been a more logical use of space, especially if this was built with the intention of being a short-term rental. I personally like the varied levels, but again, for a short-term rental, that's going to turn off older and differently abled renters. A bit too much style over substance.

3:08 Thank you for calling out these awful, uncomfortable, tiny artsy pieces of furniture that hurt your back and you can't relax in. Went to Tail of the Dragon in North Carolina mountains and the A Frame cabin had the worst furniture I've ever sat in. In Iraq the people that lived on tiny farms in mud huts had more comfortable furniture than these lesbians that ran that airbnb. And I had to literally bend over backwards to get up and down the spiral staircase. Leave the interior design to the gays, because those lesbians suck!
