Overall I like the property and at least if the buyer 'does' want to use the garage for their car (or 2 at a squeeze) they'll fit! As you'll have seen on your travels of UK properties, single garages are often used for storage as they're too small for most cars! On a flippant note, I love the way Andrada pronounces the word 'area' 🙂

In the garage I would have the first half as a gym, sauna and steam room. The other half, have it as a man cave with big TV screen, Dj set up. Sound proof the whole garage, draw some underflor heating. Aslo, I would introduce a small WC and a small kitchen area.
