Inside abandoned RAF base which played crucial role fighting Nazis during WW2

The two storey building with the "dumb waiter" in is the Junior Ranks Club ie The N.A.A.F.I. ran by a manager/ess , the bar on the right was probably the Corporals Club. The rear stairs led to the living quarters for the NAAFI staff. Upstairs is usually two TV rooms , one for BBC the other for ITV , and a snooker room. I was the NAAFI Manager at near by RAF Linton on Ouse , also at RAF Aldergrove and RAF Scampton in the 1980s. Great times . Great people. Keep up the great videos/explores.

Whilst it's great fun flicking electrical switches it won't be if you end up electrocuting someone or yourself and subsequently ends up dying. you have no idea where these boards feed or even if live or dead. As ok an abandon site does mean the incoming suply has been disconnected

Pretty standard junior airmans style kitchen. The heated sinks are either gas or electric. Sealed light fittings with a horrible plastic extract hood
