Costs are: 1.4 million and 2800 per month maintenance. Price? Not great for size, but location is very good, a little north, but not bad and is why this is a premium. Monthly Maintenance is not bad considering it covers taxes and probably a host of other costs. Part time doorman not great, but keeps the maintenance lower. I'd make sure there is doorman coverage during prime delivery times since that is their main value these days -- accepting packages and providing some front line security. Window unit is unfortunate at that price and I'd double check if you need to replace the windows after purchase which is common if they are beyond a certain age.

Cosmo Kramer lived here before he moved across the hall from Jerry Seinfeld. The problem with this place is the doors were applied backwards, so Kramer couldn't complete his entrances to Jerry's place -- without having to deal with a door working against him.

Why did they upgrade everything but still have electricity-guzzling window a/c units? It's a beautiful apartment but if there is no central air and heat, it's not worth more than $200 per month. Plus, the color scheme is too sterile and cold.
