If you are builder then you need understand that a lot goes into the cost houses. 1. The cost of land 2. Location of the property 3. Cost of building materials 4. Quality of furnishings 5. It’s a business, profit margin. 6. Cost of labour. 7. Time cost and more.

Ghanaians build houses that are so poorly designed and jammed up . For instance the infrastructure is based on how many cars can fit on the compound. My suggestion is to build the house in the front of the property, enough for a double carport. Plant a garden and shrubs in the front. As for the house, to attract diasporans the bedrooms should be larger with a wall in closet not shelves .All of your bathrooms are painfully small, we from the west enjoy spacious bathrooms with both shower and tubs .Also we need countertops to Store our toiletries and a mirror on the wall. The kitchen in this unit lacked depth. No cupboards on the wall. No actual stove with an oven, very little counter top to place other appliances. Kitchen is too small. No dishwasher space.No laundry room for washer and dryer. Usually I have noticed that in some developments a washer is usually in the kitchen but there is no space for a Clothesline.. To attract diasporans the infrastructure has to change. Also houses should be spacious and airy for Ventilation. Windows should be fitted with screens to prevent mosquitoes and other insects from entering the house. We enjoy our backyard space for family gatherings and gardens. Just a suggestion
