To some extent I agree with you however it all comes down to expenses they met plus profit, how much did they get that piece of land for we all know land is very expensive in zimbabwe especially in a sought after community like this. Secondly they are doing it for a profit so I don't really blame them either I'ts business. Also the finishings, don't overlook those muchiti ''tuma finishings'' hahah ndokunoperera mari yese ikoko e.g pane 5kva iyo I'd say that was thoughtful of the owner looking at our current situation yemagetsi munyika so at the end of the day munhu unozongosarudza zvinokuitira.
