Inside Buffalo's vibrant West Side: A neighborhood tour.

Buffalo NY's west side neighborhood, has been known for amazing cultural cuisines due to a heavily populated latino community, tight streets and being a stones throw away from the water. Over the last 5-10 years, the west side neighborhoods have turned into a massive melting pot for all sorts of communities, ethnicities and just plain ol' good People.
The reason being is the revitalization of niagara street, with new bike paths and trails, new apartments and lofts, and most importantly the restoration of old buildings and homes in the areas. Is this buffalos best up and coming area?

The west side was heavily Italian. My mom's relatives were there in the 1920s and 1930s. It was still that way in the 60s and early 70s. Anybody remember the Blue Bird Bakery? The best cannoli in Buffalo. How about Cappelini''s restaurant?

D, what areas of buffalo have the lowest taxes? Some of what I have seen is ridiculous. Over $500 per month? Like a bad HOA.

The westside has always been Italian!! Jefferson-delavan is black/latino. Near Columbus hospital, and into central park , and hertel avenue, Sammy's italian store. St.Francis hospital, its not was it was 40 yrs ago!

There is no up and coming neighborhood in no northern/west coast state 😂😂, The only region that is economically/politically sufficient for black Americans (descendants of USA chattel slavery) is the south aka black America homeland (Delaware,Maryland,Virginia,both Carolinas, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana,)
