That seems like a great price, having no idea what real estate is like there. I live in the DC area and when I rented a luxury apartment, it was almost 3k but probably 1/4 or a 1/5 of the square footage. 😂

the rent is absolutely a steal for what you are getting. I am paying $3.5k/month for a 785 sf 1-BR in Miami... my apartment is amazing but not nearly as complete/large as you based on your rent.

I've been following your videos for a while and noticed you mentioned Malaysia in one of them, turns out we both live in KL. So random.

People who live there complain about noise from loud music at night and from motorbikes. Do you hear any of that? And sound from the wastewater pipes from the apartment above you with only a thin plasterboard ceiling in-between. I have been looking for a nice place in KL, but so far none of the places I checked have adequate soundproofing, and I checked over 50 luxury properties
