I absolutely loved Ryan Serhant's presentation! It was regal and informative without being gaudy-a perfect blend of facts, aesthetics, and stunning visuals. If I had an expensive home, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to call Ryan and let him work his magic. He truly knows how to showcase a property!

None of this is original. Eleanor had an apartment there. Girl was a tomboy. No fuss. Promoted her causes. Hubby was a crossdresser.

I have enjoyed your presentations of very high end real estate. This is the first time I not only enjoyed the tour of The Eleanor, I was entranced with how thrilled you were to show it off. The elegance and comfort through every well thought detail with the touch of whimsical joy thrilled you and did the same for me. Well done. Not that you need anyone’s validation. Thank you.

This man would have difficulty speaking if he had to eliminate the words "incredible" and "amazing" from his vocabulary. It would be interesting to see what the house looked like when Eleanor Roosevelt lived there in the 1950's and it was divided into apartments. It wasn't anything like the way it is now after very extensive remodeling.
