Absolutely made up. But theres nothing worse than watching football when you get soaked due to rain. Are the stand roof overhangs extended so that only the pitch receives rainfall (good for the grass)? Perhaps should have fully auto-roofed it, like the Millenium in Cardiff? DYCHE OUT

The fact that Everton have built >> and will complete this entire Project for only around £750M should serve as a powerful & invaluable to every other club in Britain especially, about the importance of efficiency & cost management in these times economic uncertainty!! 😉😉 The biggest question from here on is: can Everton really do this EXTRAORDINARY new stadium justice??? 😙😙😙

As of February 2024, it was reported that the cost of the new Everton stadium had now risen to over £800M to build our 52,888 capacity stadium at Bramley Dock Further speculation last may on the Everton fan media now states the cost to be approaching £900M - The stadium cost now appears to be approaching £900M, if not actually £1 Billion.

Why are you telling lies? UNESCO pulled our heritage status due to the Liverpool Waters Scheme, which in part includes the new stadium. However, UNESCO was holding the city back, and it's insistence on preserving our derelict north docks area was counterproductive. UNESCO can keep its world heritage status, while the city of Liverpool continues its resurgence.
