Glen tried to control her but she stood up for herself...love and drugs don't mix, Loved his music but his relationships were awful. Tanya never bad mouthed him but Glen slated her, he should have known better he was older

Learn to love self inside and out. I know all too well about self hate. It is your choice. Do everything you can to give self joy and laughter.
