Dude all that open to closed hips bearing all your weight, will really mess up your hip joints. It leads to bursitis

@@MR-fx9gg not while bearing weight, & doing it consistently (balancing on 1 leg) I have been teaching yoga for 16 years & have learned this from several physical therapists & chiropractors, as well as have had students not able to do yoga anymore because of bursitis 🤷🏻‍♀️there is one particular teacher I know, who used to do a lot of this & was a dancer, who had to have double hip replacements at age 45.
