@@Doksimon how can Africa be the next be thing when 90% of all properties in all the estates are only affordable by diaspora? Even the so call affordable homes target people from diaspora And maybe it’s time for the local companies to start developing some of the furnitures in the houses like wardrobe and kitchen cabinets because I can only imagine how much china is making from selling those products which unfortunately aren’t even of best quality. And if Africa is the next big thing you shouldn’t really be proud to say and I code „ all the doors are foreign of course „ like you said in one of your videos. I like the way you present though 👍🏻

@@emilystevens6335 I know you've heard about the amount of allowed rat hair, and feces in hot dogs here in the U.S. and to clean kitchen counters with bleach after putting raw meat on them because of fecal matter, and many places in the U.S. drinking water comes from sewage plants, so we're all exposed to fecal matter whether we want to admit it or not. Most restaurant kitchens in the U.S. are disgusting, as are public bathrooms littered with germs everywhere. It is what it is, and low impact with germs is what keeps a healthy immune system, but I cook with bottled water, and if you don't want to bathe in water with shit particles, then just get a water filtration system. There are tens of millions in use here in the U.S.

I’m a Ghanaian-American living in Ethiopia. I haven’t really seen home developments like this in Addis Ababa it’s a very densely populated city. Any type of nice properties are super expensive ($400k US and up). The only alternative are apartments and they can be built poorly with too many people, leaks and pests. The really nice luxury apartments cost about $270k! Ghana is the way to go for modern living in developed communities that don’t break the bank.

@@nightvigilante989 We were spread to the wind, all across the globe. We speak a lot of different languages, & come in many different flavors. Many in the Nation are still healing from Colonialism. You'll see it in religion, food, govt contracts, trading, corruption, class societal hierarchy, infrastructure etc. Don't let it get you down. Understand many African countries have not had their independence for that long, a lot of global legislation goes on trying to prevent Africa from flourishing and we're still healing. I would strongly recommend checking out 'Webnation Africa' here on YT, if you haven't. You'll understand the challenges as a people we face from Colonialism, our challenges reintegrating back into the roots of Africa, & the laws. "Ideally", it's best to buy your own home, work remotely, or become an entrepreneur. Cost of living is low in most African countries, but so are wages. Good luck my brother.
