I just saw a sponsored post about this car from Haval South Africa and decided to do a KZbin deep dive on it. Hope they show us the rear of the car too. I feel like the South Africa specification should be similar

I'm also from South Africa. The car just landed and I think the press should be getting the car soon so you'll probably see reviews coming up in the next month or so.

after having very bad exp with Haval H6 Hybrid i am not going this way ever.... Jan 2022 car and received Zero software updates in last almost 3 years, lane control issue is annoying and service section is horrible. just cant believe they dont want to improve anything after the car is sold.

I am in complete sympathy with your comment. I have a 22 jolion, the cruise control is atrocious on any road with corners, we nearly were rear ended because of the erratic braking, the intelligent ability is a joke, we get told by the dealer to turn it off on every start-up. And no software updates are offered by GWM. I will never buy one again.

Wow... So little views/likes. Very disappointing :-( Maybe a marketing re-direct? I love my H6 except for the aggressive ELK and the dangerous ACC.

Have the same problem ELK & ACC Sucks. Updates seem to make them worse! Also the display brightness for night driving is hard on your eyes. I have mine turned all the way down and still too bright. So have a cloth to put over it at night. Oh and the 'Alert' Volume noise is WAY too loud even at the lowest volume. The designers were either deaf or were not parents with Kids sleeping in the car. I hope Haval has fixed these problems on this model. Great value cars, have all the creature comforts but just not quite refined enough to take all the market.

I hope it’s gonna be just a petrol version in Russia. And I really hope they worked hard to make fuel consumption lower. Current Dargo and Jolions are all having complex ultra modern engines, but they eat a LOT. Also, engine-transmission are not very decently tuned to work well together. Really hope to see those things improved.

Having a 2021 Jolion I would like to see, because it is well overdue, that GWM resolves the Driver Assist functions. The Radar cruising is great but it still brakes on corners or even modest bends in the road, going from the open road limit suddenly down to less than 70 has been and remains a problem. It is poorly turned to AU/NZ roads and driving IMHO. I'd also like to see far more focus on user experience in the software, its a clunky mess that could so easily not have been. My feeling after owning this car for six months is its all style and not a lot of substance. It looks flash but its not when it comes to driving. Poor seat position for taller people (i'm 188cm), no reach adjustment, the driver assist suite needs a lot of tidy up work, and perhaps worst of all, is the fuel consumption... it is a very long way from even a standard of a petrol mid budget car you'd buy these days. Its odd that GWM seems to say it listens to customers, but it seems that only comes down to adding some buttons that should have always been there...
