Maashaallah just landed on this channel by accident and I'm very impressed. I'm African quranist and love Iran and Iranians. Please keep up the good work. Used to watch press TV but got banned in UK (freedom of expression, right of journalists????). Love from UK. May Allah protect Iran and keep it strong enough to resist all devilish powers. Aamiin Yaa rabbal aalamiin.

Excellent interview, revealing the “ political party” cogently and with distinctive descriptions. For the first time I think I understand the differences and the “ the Hard Liners”, are understandable, particularly as they appear to protect the revolution and its aim of improving life for the vast majority while also protecting Iranian religious traditions. The so called liberals are in fact endangering an economic take over of Western capitalism. The fact that Iran is resisting and protecting its own interests and has done so well in countering the US and British imperialists. Iran by resisting the Imperialists has prevented the total subjugation of Syria, Iraq and now Yemen. Thanks for your enlightening Origen! ♦️♦️♦️

I LOVE the comparison between Western liberalism and the democratic theocracy, both have to manage contradictory values, e.g. democratic neoliberalism with socialised and private sectors. There's no way to criticise a complex management of values without also criticising the West.

Both political parties are private corporations legally allowed to rig their primaries or even select whichever candidate they want. This was made 100% clear in the class action lawsuit against the DNC regarding election tampering in the race between Hillary and Bernie. The courts sided with the defense, which used the private corporation defense that the religiously capitalist amerikan judges find sacred.

The reason Iran is far more resilient than other countries under sanctions like Syria or Venezuela is simply its history as an ancient nation whereas this element is missing in both in Syria and Venezuela as modern countries.

15:30 So Iranian political system is more representative of the people choice than I've originally thought. That's interesting.
Here is a question: In which country "free to air" satellite dishes/ receivers are unknown by general public and therefore are not much watched? Answer: it's supposed to be the most free press country that has large portion of it's population either uninformed or misinformed.

. I wanted to delve into an intriguing historical aspect concerning Mohammad Mossadegh's response to Rahimi, a former member of parliament, who was gathering signatures for the nationalization of the Iranian oil industry. This occurred three years before Mossadegh formally presented his initial proposal. Notably, Mossadegh initially rejected the idea, aligning with Razmara's stance. However, he later embraced pro-nationalism sentiments, playing a pivotal role in toppling the Froghi government. It's worth noting the constitutional framework within which these events unfolded. According to the Iranian constitution, the Shah was required to propose a candidate for prime minister to parliament, with the parliament, but he had the authority to remove said prime minister by only consulting the parliament . However, Mossadegh's dissolution of the parliament, which incidentally ratified his nationalization law, complicated this process. Furthermore, the term "codetta" typically refers to a lower-ranking authority toppling a higher-ranking authority within a government structure. It seems pertinent to clarify which specific instance of codetta is being referenced in your version of event

I Aint gonna vote though still I 100% SUPPORT my gov; Turn out will be abysmal as the head of Ruhani's campaign in my city in his 2 prev campaigns; my understanding of the public opinion is that THEY KNOW as long as the western pressure continues there's no point voting even for the man himself, Khatami, and after all the down talking from and assassinations and US-led interference with Iranian companies people are singularly angry at west and lack of response from Iran, doesn't matter who wins, I as mentioned before worked my azz off for Ruhani's campaign and Im proud of my choice but now its different I want someone who is tougher on issues related to Iran's integrity; and since its obv Raeesi will be elected "in a completely "democratic election" I will sit this one out 1 vote wont change the overall turnout there's a caveat here, 2 super popular political figures namely Khatami and Khomeini (grandson of) have been in constant meetings with Leader, Pres, Council of Rev, IRGC leaders; i cant help but wondering its possible to amend a sub clause to reduce required qualification for Leadership; God forbids tonight our leader has a heart attack, there are ONLY 2 people qualified to be considered as the next Supreme Leader, one of them is Sayed Hassan Nasrolah and the other is +80 YO I think they are setting the stage for a popular face to take up the mantle after Khamenei otherwise IRGC will take over the whole system

Again, speak to ordinary Iranians to learn what is happening in Iran. Islamic republic is anti US but it is also oppressive when it comes to Iranian people particularly women.
