One of my favourite parts of Inside Job is that Reagan as a protagonist is an actual character. She’s not just a cardboard cutout to spew out whitty and sarcastic remarks like a douchey know-it-all, she has actual strive and goals that are clear from the get-go. She wants to rule Cognito, each move she makes either progresses or gets in the way of that goal, and it’s amazing to see how it all comes together by the end of the season. I just wanna see this show get the proper love and attention it deserves, not just by the fandom, but by Netflix as well who continuously show their greed and obsession with low-effort and boring drab that overshadows the actual talent and passion such as Inside Job.

I was skeptical when I first started inside job. It was recommended to me by netflix and by the end of the first 5 minutes, I was hooked. It has a brilliant blend of humour and sweet moments that make it feel realistic, and I loved that it showed the characters as flawed. It's hard to pull off a character questioning if they're making the right decision and showcasing the anxieties in a realistic way, but Inside Job did it so well, that even in a completely wacky scenario, the characters were relatable. At no point did I want to see them fail so they would be brought down a peg, like I sometimes wish with Ricky and Morty. Netflix dealt a huge injustice to this show

Honestly with Reagan I mostly related because she's asocial, awkward, logical and focused on her own ideologies and passion but also her family issues really reflected mine, I didnt feel much support from my parents, my brother abused me, my mom pretty much always believed my brother and my dad sometimes would stand with me but would also shout and sometimes slap me himself, seeing my parents always fight even now also just pisses me off to no end. I relate to Reagan A TON and were not even too similar, just many things she struggles with both life and personality wise really reflect me. (also having no friends or social life lmao)

Inside Job… is the single best comedy show I’ve seen in years, every character plays their own style of humor making the team feel more alive! And at the same time it is so heartwarming and the characters feel so alive! It was the definition of a perfect adult comedy in my book and it was wonderful. When I heard that they canceled Inside Job, my first remark was “That was the biggest mistake I’ve seen this whole decade.” (And yes I’m saying canceling inside job was a bigger mistake than Elon Musk buying Twitter)

I’m curious. Given what the last scene in Appleton meant to you, how would you have felt if Ron and Reagan reunited in Season 2??? (since it’s later on revealed that the robes were messing with Reagan while she thought she’d work for the greater good. @@TheShuckmeister Just started watching it,I'm almost done with episode 1 and I absolutely love it,I really love everything about it,it kinda fells like Rick and Morty,which I like,R&M is my favorite show and I was hoping I would find something similar,I'm so glad I did,it's such a shame they canceled it,I hope some other network picks it up,maybe Adult Swim,who knows,but I just hope it get new seasons

Inside Job wasn't the only passion project Netflix gave the boot, I swear on existence itself I will never forgive them for how dirty they did Final Space and you can bet I preordered the graphic novel to support Olan and his work (also cry over Godspeed every time). Less important, I immediately started dancing when the intro song happened and I'm definitely gonna be back specifically to dance again lol

I've become an insanely big South Park fan after hating it for quite a while after Inside Job ended because I realized it was quite literally what I was looking for. So many good seasons, funny, adult, and guaranteed not getting cancelled anytime soon. I'm also happy to have a mainstream interest. I think Inside Job could of become a new rick and morty or whatever if they let it. I cried when it was cancelled. :( Theres even a South Park reference in Inside Job haha

honestly i feel like the whole point of the finale was to essentially convey that giving up your own happiness for a corporation you feel you have a moral obligation to support is meaningless and ultimately detrimental to yourself; so your whole section at the end drawing parallels between yourself and Reagan feels like it misses the point. sure, she might *think* she made the right choice in abandoning Ron, but in the end she's only setting herself up to get taken advantage of by the robes.

One of my favorites Final Space got a tax write off cause of the stupid discovery bs and netflix finally took it off now there's no ways to watch it other than pirating. I think netflix might start getting rid of cancelled netflix originals soon.

I would love it if Adult Swim (or some other adult animation-oriented channel) would pick up Inside Job so that the story can be finished. The show was pretty damn good. Hell, it would be right at home on Comedy Central! (Though CC probably wouldn’t give them enough of a budget, as with most of their shows)

This was genuinely my favorite show by a long shot. I cried at the end of p2, and it’s very hard for me to get sad enough to cry for a show. It was one of the funniest shows I’d watched, and I was so excited to see season 2, but, Netflix just has to be the worst fucking company to exist

I actually liked the first season of big mouth, it felt like a clever way to talk candidly to teenagers about puberty, sex and emotions in way that was never done in schools. After that though, yeah it was a steaming pile

i was so shocked when netflix cancelled it. its SO GOOD. like it was such a breath of fresh air in the adult animation space, and they cancelled it just like that... it was upsetting because you know it was for money, because the ratings were good, the show was good, they had no reason to cancel it besides it being expensive to make.. just super disheartening and gives me little hope for other great animated series coming to netflix :/
